Donna Shipley is the owner/broker/property manager running a small family business in which it's core values are Integrity, Accountability, Diligence, Perseverance and Discipline. Donna's philosophy has always been to provide honest quality management services, which encompasses strong ethical business practices. Donna is a licensed Real Estate Broker; obtained her California Real Estate License in August of 2000 (#01292890). For over twenty (20) years in the Property Management industry as a Property Manager and educator, Donna has the working knowledge of State and Federal Laws mandating housing. As educator, she administered training courses throughout Northern California, Nevada, Oregon and Hawaii on the current state and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, Fair Housing, compliance and basic fundamentals in management. Rob Shipley is the owner of Rob Shipley Construction, Inc.; a second generation accomplished General Contractor servicing clients in the Auburn and surrounding areas for over twenty-five (25) years in Commercial and residential remodeling as well as tenant improvements (TIs). With Rob's extensive progressive experience he has gained valuable knowledge from positions that include HVAC, plumbing, equipment operator, maintenance technician, foreman, field engineer, superintendent, and a business owner. With these many hats Rob wears, he is widely known for his integrity and high quality workmanship. Rob Shipley works hand in hand with DRS Property Management, Inc. and provides his expertise while developing a loyal customer base for providing excellent work. Verifiable reputation for consistency completing all projects on time and within budget. Rob takes pride on personally managing and coordinating all projects, material, equipment and daily supervision of progress.
Nichole Dorsey is the Office manager for DRS Property Management, Inc. and has been with DRS since December 2014. Nichole handles and oversees various day to day office duties, providing multiple office skills and professional communications etiquette. Nichole is a team player with a commitment to customer service who possesses over Ten (10) years of working in various Administrative / Customer Service roles, along with good PR skills and the ability to communicate confidentially at all levels. Nichole is well organized, pays attention to detail and has the ability to multitask effectively. Nichole is learning all that she can at DRS Property Management, Inc. and intends on furthering her Property Management and Real Estate experience in the near future. Nichole takes pride in completing every task in a timely manner and assisting every costumer with integrity and respect.

Holly has been with DRS Property Management, Inc. since March 18, 2017.
She is a people person (well, dog) and loves to greet everybody at the door. Holly is also liked by our local mail man, tenants and clients and they look forward to seeing what new shirt she is wearing on any given day. She loves going to the bank assisting in bank deposits, as the rewards are usually cookies. Napping is also on her daily "To Do" list, and always meets or exceeds those expectations.
