- Collection of vendor certificates of insurance and workers comp
- Tenant correspondence and lease compliance
- Recieve and create work orders upon tenant service requests
- Regular site visits
LEASING SERVICES
- Marketing of spaces available for lease
- Prospective tenant and/or business screening
- Negotiating lease terms, including tenant improvements
- Preparation of leases on behalf of owner
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
- Lease disputes/administrative inquiries
- Maintenance of tenant lease files/information
- Review for renewal / extensions of leases and amendments to lease
- Collection of tenant certificates of insurance
- Develop preventative maintenance plans and/or evacuation plans
